StreamPriceHub (“the site”) values your privacy and transparently explains what information it collects and why below. The site does not provide sign-up or login features, and no personal information is required to view its price comparison content.
1. Visitor log analysis
The site collects access logs to improve the service and to produce traffic statistics. The items collected are your IP address, browser/device information (User-Agent), referrer, and access time, which are generated automatically during standard web access.
The purpose of collection is to produce traffic statistics and to respond to errors and abusive access; it is not used to identify individual users.
Access logs are retained for the period necessary to produce statistics (up to 12 months) and then destroyed.
3. No accounts or user content stored
The site has no sign-up or login feature and does not accept user-generated content (UGC). Query conditions such as filters and sorting chosen for price comparison are not stored on the server or in a database.
4. Use and retention of information provided in inquiries
Items collected in an inquiry: email address, inquiry type, target page URL (optional), and inquiry content.
Scope of use: used only for the purpose of replying to your inquiry, and not used for any other purpose or provided to third parties.
Retention period: inquiry content is not stored in a database; after being forwarded to the operator's email it is destroyed once the reply is complete. We do not operate a separate inquiry history database.
